Howdy gang,

It feels like just yesterday I was telling you Song for Lost Things was finally out for release and now here I am again with a new book!

As always, here's the TL;DR:

1. Blood & Bells: My new co-written, paranormal, cozy holiday romcom is out now, wherever books are sold!

2. This is officially CJ's and my first trade-published novel together, and I am having emotions about it

3. I'll be at Word on the Street Toronto, September 26–27, so come visit me!

Let's get into it!

1. Blood & Bells Is Out Today!

The book that CJ and I wrote over one breathless December in 2024 is now here for everyone to read! Here's the blurb:

In the snow-covered town of Willow Creek, Christmas runs like clockwork. Ghouls bake, vampires tend bar, and errant spirits drink cocoa―but this year, the holiday centerpiece has been stolen by rogue elves.

Event planner Holly Frost has no choice but to team up with the one man she truly cannot stand―Nikalus “Nick” Draven, the infuriatingly charming vampire who leads the local coven.

As they race to save the season, Holly starts to see the man behind the fangs, and Nick realizes he might care too much about the determined mortal trying to pull off a last-minute holiday miracle.

With Christmas, the gala, and their budding feelings on the line, Holly and Nick must decide whether they can bridge centuries of distrust and embrace the magic of the season.

It's cozy, it's funny, it's got just enough bite (sorry) to keep you turning pages, and I could not be prouder of it.

Grab your copy just about anywhere! Here's a bunch of (paperback) links
